AssayTriage

AssayTriage is a web app (with optional desktop agent) that helps drug discovery teams quickly diagnose why an assay is failing and what to do next. It ingests plate-reader exports, LIMS/ELN metadata, and protocol parameters, then runs automated QC checks (Z’, S/B, drift, edge effects, outlier wells, reagent lot shifts) and generates a ranked list of likely root causes with recommended fixes. The AI layer is used for pattern recognition across historical runs and for translating messy protocol notes into structured variables; it does not “invent biology.” The product focuses on operational reality: inconsistent data formats, partial metadata, and messy handoffs between biology and automation. It also produces a shareable “assay health report” for project leads, so decisions to pause, repeat, or re-optimize are evidence-based rather than political.
