AssetPulse is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) that helps sports properties and brands manage sponsorship deliverables like signage, social posts, hospitality, and in-venue activations. Instead of living in spreadsheets, each contract’s deliverables become a checklist with owners, due dates, proof requests, and approval trails. It centralizes creative files, placement specs, and on-site photos/videos as evidence, then generates a simple compliance report for both sides. The AI component auto-extracts deliverables from uploaded PDFs and email threads, suggests timelines, and flags missing proof. This is not a magic “ROI” tool; it’s a practical operations system to reduce make-goods, missed obligations, and awkward renewal conversations. Integrations with Google Drive/Dropbox and Slack/Teams keep it usable for understaffed sponsorship teams.
