AssumpTrack

AssumpTrack is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) for scenario planning that starts from the only thing that matters: assumptions that can be proven wrong. Teams create a small set of scenarios, then attach explicit assumptions (market growth, churn, regulatory change, supplier lead times) with an owner, confidence level, and a measurable “tripwire” metric. The app connects to real data sources (e.g., revenue, pipeline, web traffic, macro indicators) and continuously checks whether assumptions are holding. When a tripwire is crossed, AssumpTrack flags which scenarios are now more/less likely and suggests the next decision to revisit (budget shifts, hiring freeze, inventory changes). It also keeps an audit trail of who believed what and when, so post-mortems improve future planning instead of repeating the same hand-wavy slides. This is an AI + traditional app: AI helps draft assumptions, tripwires, and scenario narratives, but the core value is disciplined tracking and alerts.
