AssumpTrack is a web app (with optional desktop-friendly export) for scenario analysis that starts where most teams fail: undocumented assumptions. Users build a simple model by listing key drivers (price, demand, churn, FX, headcount), assigning ranges and confidence, and linking each assumption to evidence (spreadsheets, notes, URLs, meeting decisions). The app generates consistent scenarios (base/downside/upside plus custom) and produces a clear “assumption ledger” showing what changed, why, and who approved it. It includes lightweight sensitivity analysis and a decision log so leadership can see which choices were made under which scenario. This is not a full enterprise planning suite; it’s a focused tool for teams that live in spreadsheets but need auditability, repeatability, and faster scenario turnaround without rebuilding models every week.
