AssumpTrack

AssumpTrack is a web app (with optional mobile companion) for teams making high-stakes decisions under uncertainty. Instead of arguing opinions, users log the key assumptions behind a decision (market demand, cost, timeline, regulatory, vendor reliability), assign a confidence level, and define what evidence would change the decision. The app converts assumptions into “tripwires” (metrics, dates, events) and pings owners when reality contradicts the plan. It supports lightweight scenario snapshots (base/best/worst), decision journals, and post-mortems that compare expected vs actual outcomes to improve future judgment. This is not a magic forecasting tool; it’s a discipline tool that forces clarity and accountability. Integrations pull basic signals from Jira, GitHub, and Google Sheets so teams don’t have to manually update everything. The goal: fewer silent failures caused by untested assumptions and delayed course-corrections.
