AstraBrief is a web + mobile AI app that turns messy pre-arrival info into a single, actionable guest dossier for villa teams. It ingests emails, WhatsApp exports, booking notes, preference forms, and past stay history, then produces a structured brief: arrival plan, dietary needs, allergies, kids/pets, security sensitivities, celebration details, staffing schedule, and a day-by-day service checklist. It also generates vendor-ready purchase lists and a “do-not-miss” risk section (late flights, VIP privacy needs, medical notes) with confirmations required. The app is built for operators who already have a PMS/CRM but still run the stay on scattered messages and spreadsheets. Realistically, the value is operational: fewer mistakes, fewer awkward guest moments, and less time spent chasing details. It won’t replace a concierge; it makes them faster and more consistent.
