AsylClock

AsylClock is a mobile + web app that helps refugees, asylum seekers, and their helpers track immigration case deadlines and required steps across common pathways (asylum, family reunification, temporary protection, work permits). Users add a case type, country/region, and key dates; the app generates a plain-language timeline, reminders, and a document checklist. It also offers a “proof pack” feature: scan and store receipts, appointment letters, and submissions in a structured folder that can be exported as a single PDF bundle for legal aid or caseworkers. The AI component translates and summarizes official letters into the user’s language and highlights actionable tasks (e.g., “book biometrics within 14 days”). This is not legal advice; it’s a deadline and paperwork organizer designed to reduce preventable mistakes that derail cases.
