AsyncPulse
AsyncPulse is a web app (with optional Slack/Teams add-ons) that helps remote teams measure real progress without surveillance. It connects to Jira/Linear/GitHub/Google Docs and turns scattered activity into a weekly “Outcome Digest”: shipped tickets, merged PRs, doc decisions, blocked work, and cycle-time trends by team—not by creepy minute-by-minute tracking. Managers get a lightweight dashboard for delivery health (WIP, aging tasks, review bottlenecks) and a one-click status update generator for stakeholders. Employees get a personal view that helps them summarize work, surface blockers early, and avoid being penalized for working asynchronously. This is an AI + traditional app: AI drafts summaries and detects risk signals, but the core value is clean integrations and defensible metrics. It’s realistic: it won’t magically judge “productivity,” it will just make outcomes visible and comparable over time.
