AsyncPulse

AsyncPulse is a web app (with Slack/Teams integration) that helps remote and hybrid teams measure outcomes instead of hours. It automatically turns everyday work signals—PRs merged, tickets closed, docs updated, decisions logged—into lightweight weekly “impact summaries” per team and project. Managers get a clear view of throughput, blockers, and cross-team dependencies without installing invasive tracking software or forcing constant status meetings. Employees get a personal weekly digest they can edit before sharing, so context isn’t lost and trust stays intact. The app focuses on reducing meeting load and clarifying ownership by prompting teams to define what “done” means for each project and then tracking progress against those definitions. It’s not a culture fix; it’s a reporting and alignment tool that makes async work legible to leadership.
