Managers get a clear view of throughput, blockers, and cross-team dependencies without installing invasive tracking software or forcing constant status meetings. Employees get a personal weekly digest they can edit before sharing, so context isn’t lost and trust stays intact. The app focuses on reducing meeting load and clarifying ownership by prompting teams to define what “done” means for each project and then tracking progress against those definitions. It’s not a culture fix; it’s a reporting and alignment tool that makes async work legible to leadership.
