AsyncPulse

AsyncPulse is a web app (with a lightweight Slack/Teams add-on) that turns day-to-day work signals into a simple, defensible “impact digest” for remote teams. It connects to Jira/Linear/GitHub/Google Docs/Slack and auto-builds weekly summaries per person and per team: what shipped, what moved forward, what’s blocked, and what’s next. The goal is to reduce status meetings and the anxiety of “does anyone see what I’m doing?” It also flags risky patterns (too many pings, too many WIP items, long review times) and suggests concrete changes like smaller PRs or clearer handoffs. This is an AI + traditional app: AI drafts the narrative and highlights anomalies, while rules/metrics keep it grounded. Managers get visibility without micromanaging; ICs get credit without writing performative updates.
