AtelierFlow

AtelierFlow is a web + mobile workflow app for custom jewelry studios to manage bespoke orders end-to-end: inquiry intake, requirements, quoting, deposits, stone sourcing, CAD iterations, approvals, production milestones, and delivery. It replaces scattered WhatsApp threads, email chains, and spreadsheets with a single client portal and internal job board. Clients can review renders, annotate changes, approve steps, and pay invoices on schedule; makers track tasks, due dates, vendor POs, and materials usage per piece. The app also generates a clean “provenance packet” (materials, invoices, care notes, photos) that studios can hand to clients at delivery. This is not a magic “design jewelry for you” toy—it's operational software that reduces rework, missed approvals, and margin leakage, which is where bespoke shops actually bleed money.
