AtelierPing is a web + mobile app for luxury ready-to-wear brands to manage VIP and stylist-driven orders that don’t fit standard e-commerce workflows. It centralizes client requests (size holds, rush tailoring, special delivery windows, gift notes, alternates) into a single timeline per order, with clear owner, SLA, and escalation rules. Staff can attach photos, tailoring notes, and shipping constraints, and the app generates a simple “do not miss” checklist for store teams and fulfillment. An AI layer reads incoming emails/WhatsApp exports and turns them into structured tasks, reducing manual copy/paste and miscommunication. This isn’t a new storefront; it’s an operations layer that sits between clienteling, tailoring, and logistics. The goal is fewer embarrassing misses, faster turnaround, and consistent white-glove execution across stores and regions.
