AtoMinder

AtoMinder is a web app (with optional desktop agent) that continuously tracks government system security posture against the exact controls in NIST 800-53 and agency overlays, then flags “ATO drift” as evidence gets stale or configurations change. Instead of another dashboard full of alerts, it focuses on audit-ready artifacts: POA&Ms, control implementation statements, evidence freshness, and change impact. It integrates with common government tooling (e.g., Git repositories, ticketing, vulnerability scanners, cloud logs) to auto-link evidence to controls and notify control owners when proof expires or a change likely invalidates an authorization package. It’s a combination traditional + AI app: AI helps map artifacts to controls, summarize changes, and draft POA&M language, but the workflow remains human-approver driven. Realistically, adoption hinges on fitting existing ATO processes and not requiring a rip-and-replace GRC platform.
