AttritLens is a web app (with optional Slack/Teams bot) that helps mid-sized companies predict and prevent regrettable attrition without needing a full data science team. It connects to your HRIS (e.g., Workday, BambooHR), ATS, payroll, and engagement tools, then builds a simple, explainable risk model for who is likely to leave in the next 30–90 days. The product focuses on “actionability” over fancy dashboards: it generates manager-ready talking points, retention playbooks, and a prioritized list of interventions (comp review, role change, manager coaching, workload fixes) with expected impact and cost. It also tracks whether actions were taken and measures outcomes, so HR can prove ROI. Brutal truth: the model won’t be magical—data quality is messy—so the app is designed to work with imperfect data and clearly show confidence levels and what’s driving each risk score.
