AuditAnchor is a web app (with optional mobile capture) that centralizes environmental compliance evidence for mid-sized industrial sites. Instead of trying to “manage compliance,” it focuses on the most painful part: proving it during audits and inspections. Users map requirements (air, water, waste, stormwater, SPCC, hazardous materials) to an evidence checklist, then collect time-stamped photos, logs, sensor exports, manifests, and training records into a structured “audit binder.” An AI assistant helps classify uploads, flag missing artifacts, and generate a plain-language readiness report, but it does not replace legal judgment. The product is realistic: it won’t magically interpret every regulation; it will reduce scramble time, reduce lost documentation, and create consistent, defensible records. Integrations start simple (email ingestion + CSV upload), then expand to common EHS/CMMS and document storage systems once traction is proven.
