AuditArcade is a serious game platform that trains employees on real-world compliance and operational risks through short, branching scenarios. Instead of slide decks, teams play 5–10 minute missions (phishing, data handling, conflicts of interest, safety, incident reporting) where choices have consequences, scores, and debriefs tied to policy. Admins can assign campaigns by role, track completion, and see where people consistently fail (e.g., weak password behavior, poor escalation). Content is built from templates and can be customized with company-specific examples, but the MVP focuses on a tight library of common scenarios to avoid expensive custom content. It’s a web app with optional mobile-friendly play mode so frontline workers can complete missions on phones. The goal is not “fun”; it’s retention, defensible training records, and fewer preventable incidents.
