AuditBinder is a web app (with optional mobile capture) that helps organizations assemble, track, and reuse compliance evidence for regulatory exams and internal audits. Instead of scattered screenshots, email threads, and shared-drive folders, teams create “controls” with required evidence, owners, due dates, and a standardized checklist. The app ingests files, links to source systems, and maintains an immutable evidence timeline with who uploaded what and when. An AI assistant can draft evidence narratives, map artifacts to common frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, PCI), and flag gaps or stale evidence—but it does not “invent” proof. Realistically, this wins only if it reduces audit prep time and back-and-forth with auditors, not by promising full automation. It’s built for repeatability: once you pass an audit, next year’s evidence pack is 70% reused with updates.
