AuditBinder is a web app (with optional mobile receipt capture) that turns your messy tax records into an “audit-ready” package. You connect accounts (bank/credit card/payroll), upload prior returns and notices, and the app auto-sorts transactions into IRS-relevant categories, flags missing documentation, and generates a clean evidence trail (receipts, invoices, mileage logs, charitable letters). It produces a standardized “audit binder” PDF/ZIP with an index, summaries, and links back to source documents, plus a checklist tailored to audit type (correspondence, office, field) and common triggers (Schedule C, high deductions, crypto). It also tracks deadlines and creates a communication log for every call/letter. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI helps classify expenses, detect anomalies, and draft concise explanations, but users still approve everything. It’s not a tax-filing app; it’s an audit-prep workflow tool.
