AuditNudge

AuditNudge is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that automates internal control evidence collection and follow-ups for small-to-mid sized companies. Instead of building yet another heavy GRC platform, it focuses on the unglamorous bottleneck: getting screenshots, reconciliations, approvals, and logs from control owners on time. Auditors or compliance leads create a control request pack (SOC 2, SOX-lite, ISO 27001), assign owners, and set due dates. The app sends escalating nudges in Slack/Teams/email, provides a simple upload link, and auto-checks submissions for completeness (right period, right system, signed/approved, no missing pages). It maintains an immutable evidence timeline, basic versioning, and a clean export package for auditors. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI is used only for document classification, completeness checks, and extracting key metadata—no “magic compliance autopilot.”
