AuditNudge is a web app (with optional Slack/Teams integration) that keeps operational controls from quietly failing between audits. Instead of heavy GRC implementations, it focuses on a narrow, high-frequency problem: evidence collection, control-owner follow-through, and exception tracking for recurring controls (access reviews, reconciliations, vendor monitoring, change approvals). Control owners get lightweight checklists, due-date nudges, and one-click evidence uploads. Risk/compliance gets a real-time view of overdue controls, missing evidence, and repeat exceptions, plus a simple audit-ready export. It’s not trying to replace enterprise suites; it’s a “control execution layer” that can sit alongside spreadsheets or upstream GRC tools. An AI assistant can draft evidence requests, summarize exceptions, and flag likely control drift based on patterns, but the core value works without AI.
