AuditReady

AuditReady is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps small businesses and freelancers maintain “audit-proof” tax records continuously instead of scrambling at filing time. It connects to bank feeds and accounting tools, then guides users through a lightweight monthly compliance checklist: categorize transactions, attach receipts, flag missing documentation, and generate an evidence pack organized by tax year and deduction category. It also tracks common compliance risks (mixed personal/business spend, duplicate deductions, inconsistent mileage logs) and produces a clean export for accountants or for responding to tax authority queries. This is an AI + traditional app: AI suggests categories and flags anomalies, but the user stays in control with clear explanations and an audit trail of every change. The product is intentionally narrow: recordkeeping and compliance readiness, not full tax filing.
