AuditReady is a web app (with optional mobile companion) for special districts to stay continuously prepared for audits, public records requests, and board reporting. It centralizes contracts, invoices, grant documents, policies, meeting packets, and vendor communications into a single evidence trail tied to each project and fund. An AI assistant auto-tags uploads, extracts key fields (dates, amounts, funding source, renewal terms), and flags missing documentation based on configurable checklists (e.g., procurement thresholds, grant compliance, retention rules). It generates “audit binders” and PRA/FOIA response packages in minutes, with redaction workflows and an approval log. Realistically, districts won’t replace their ERP or document storage overnight—so AuditReady focuses on light integrations and a clean workflow layer that reduces scramble time, consultant fees, and audit findings.
