AuditReady is a web + mobile app that helps individuals assemble a clean, auditor-friendly “evidence packet” for a specific tax year. Users connect banks and credit cards, import PDFs from email/drive, and then map transactions and documents to common audit categories (income, deductions, credits, dependents, home office, charitable, medical). The app generates a checklist based on the user’s return type and flags missing proof (e.g., no receipt for a large deduction, inconsistent mileage logs, duplicate charity entries). It also produces a single export: a zipped folder and a structured PDF index with hyperlinks to every supporting document. This is an AI + traditional app: AI suggests categorization and detects gaps, but users approve everything. It’s not a tax-filing product; it’s a documentation and organization tool designed to reduce panic when an IRS letter arrives.
