AuditReady is a web + mobile app that turns certification upkeep into an audit-proof system. Instead of “study planners,” it focuses on the ugly, real problem: proving continuing education (CEUs/PDUs/CPEs), renewal dates, and evidence when an employer, client, or regulator asks. Users upload certificates, screenshots, receipts, and course confirmations; the app auto-extracts key fields (issuer, hours, category, date) and maps them to renewal requirements per certification. It generates a clean, shareable compliance packet (PDF + link) with a timeline and supporting evidence, plus reminders for missing documentation. It also tracks employer reimbursement status and stores policy notes (what counts, what doesn’t). This is not glamorous, but it’s the kind of tool people pay for when they’ve been burned once by a surprise audit or renewal scramble.
