AuditShield

AuditShield is a web app (with optional mobile companion) for small-to-mid commercial insurance brokers and their clients to continuously track policy compliance and risk-control obligations. Many insureds miss required inspections, maintenance logs, training attestations, or certificate updates—then get non-renewed, surcharged, or denied on claims. AuditShield turns policy conditions and endorsements into a simple checklist calendar, collects evidence (photos, PDFs, signatures), and produces an “audit-ready” packet for renewals and claims. It integrates with email and document storage to reduce chasing. An AI layer can read policy PDFs and extract obligations, but the product is still usable with manual templates because policy language is messy and AI will be wrong sometimes. The goal is fewer nasty surprises at renewal, faster underwriting responses, and cleaner claims documentation.
