AuditSnap is a mobile + web app for energy auditors who still waste hours on clipboards, photos, spreadsheets, and messy report writing. On-site, the auditor uses a guided checklist, captures equipment nameplate photos, and logs quick measurements (lighting counts, HVAC specs, operating hours). The app auto-organizes evidence, timestamps it, and builds a draft audit report with standardized sections (baseline, findings, measures, savings assumptions). An AI layer extracts key fields from photos, flags missing data, and suggests common energy conservation measures based on building type and observed equipment—while forcing the auditor to confirm assumptions to avoid garbage outputs. Exports to client-ready PDF and a spreadsheet model for incentives/utility programs. Realistically, this won’t replace engineering judgment; it just removes the admin drag that kills auditor throughput and margins.
