AuditThread is a web app (with optional Slack/Teams companion) that automatically builds audit-ready evidence trails from your existing ITSM tools. Instead of asking engineers to “document later,” it captures approvals, change context, incident timelines, access decisions, and post-incident actions as they happen, then maps them to common control frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI). It connects to ServiceNow/Jira Service Management, Slack/Teams, GitHub/GitLab, and cloud logs, and generates a clean, searchable narrative per ticket/change with linked artifacts. The goal is not to replace your ITSM; it’s to eliminate the painful scramble before audits and reduce compliance risk from missing evidence. Expect some setup work: you’ll need to define what counts as evidence and which workflows are in-scope, otherwise it becomes noisy and untrusted.
