AuditTrailHR

AuditTrailHR is a web app (with optional mobile admin view) that plugs into existing HRIS systems to produce audit-ready evidence packs for common compliance needs (SOX access reviews, ISO 27001 HR controls, SOC 2 people-process controls, GDPR/CCPA requests, and internal policy attestations). Instead of trying to be another HRIS, it focuses on the painful last mile: collecting screenshots, exports, approvals, and sign-offs into a consistent, timestamped, immutable trail. The app connects to systems like Workday, BambooHR, UKG, ADP, Okta, and Google Workspace, then auto-builds checklists, assigns tasks to HR/IT, and tracks completion with reminders. An AI assistant summarizes changes (new hires, terminations, role changes) and flags missing evidence, but humans still approve everything. Output is a single downloadable “audit binder” with links, logs, and attestations that auditors can follow without endless back-and-forth.
