AuditTrailr

AuditTrailr is a web app with a companion mobile app that helps safety and compliance teams collect, verify, and package audit evidence fast. Instead of chasing photos, signatures, certificates, and training records across email and shared drives, teams create an audit “request list” mapped to a standard (ISO 45001, OSHA, internal SOPs). Field staff capture timestamped photos, notes, and sign-offs on mobile; the system auto-tags evidence to the right control, flags missing items, and locks submissions with a tamper-evident log. A simple dashboard shows audit readiness by site, contractor, and department, and generates a clean export for auditors (PDF/ZIP with index). It’s not a full GRC platform—by design. It focuses on the last-mile evidence workflow where most teams waste time and fail audits.
