AuditTrailr
AuditTrailr is a web app (with optional desktop agent) that continuously collects, normalizes, and packages compliance evidence for regulated finance teams. Instead of building one-off audit binders, it connects to core systems (cloud logs, IAM, ticketing, code repos, data warehouses) and maps events to controls for SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, and key financial regulatory expectations. The product generates an “evidence timeline” showing who changed what, when, why, and where it’s documented, with immutable hashes for tamper-resistance. It flags missing artifacts (e.g., access reviews, change approvals, incident postmortems) and creates auditor-ready exports with minimal manual work. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI helps classify artifacts, suggest control mappings, and draft narratives, but humans approve everything. Realistically, the hard part is integrations and trust—so the MVP should focus on 3-5 high-value data sources and one framework.
