AuditTrailr

AuditTrailr is a web app (with optional desktop add-in) that helps regulatory agencies produce clean, court-defensible decision records without forcing staff to change every workflow. It captures key artifacts—emails, memos, meeting notes, evidence files, policy references—and links them to a case timeline with immutable hashes and role-based access. The app focuses on the unglamorous but constant pain: FOIA/public-records requests, appeals, and internal audits where agencies scramble to reconstruct “who decided what, when, and why.” It includes structured decision templates, automatic citation of governing statutes/regulations, and a “record completeness” checklist so files don’t go out missing required elements. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI assists with summarizing documents, extracting dates/actors, and flagging missing required steps, but humans remain the final authority. Expect slow procurement and security reviews; the product must be deployment-flexible (cloud or Gov-hosted).
