AuditTrailr is a web app (with optional mobile companion) for manufacturing and regulated operations teams that need to pass internal and customer audits without drowning in scattered files. It centralizes QA checklists, nonconformance records, corrective actions (CAPA), and—most importantly—verifiable evidence (photos, PDFs, calibration certs, training sign-offs) tied to each requirement. The app creates an “audit packet” automatically for a given standard/customer, showing status, owners, due dates, and linked proof. It includes lightweight workflows for approvals and change history so evidence is defensible. This is not a full QMS replacement; it’s a focused audit-evidence layer that integrates with existing tools via imports and simple connectors. If you can’t produce clean evidence fast, you lose time, credibility, and sometimes contracts—this app targets that exact pain.
