AuditTrailr

AuditTrailr is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps safety managers convert safety standards and internal procedures into a living evidence log for audits and incident prevention. Instead of storing PDFs and hoping people follow them, teams map each requirement to specific proof: photos, training records, inspection checklists, calibration certificates, and corrective actions. The AI layer reads uploaded standards/procedures, suggests requirement checklists, and flags missing evidence based on what’s been collected. It also creates a simple “audit pack” export per site, per standard, and per date range. This is not a magic compliance button: it won’t replace a competent EHS professional, and it won’t interpret ambiguous legal requirements perfectly. But it will reduce the painful, repetitive work of chasing documentation and organizing it into something an auditor can verify quickly.
