AuditTrailr is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps tax agencies and revenue departments manage audit evidence collection and enforcement workflows without drowning in email, spreadsheets, and shared drives. It centralizes case timelines, document requests, taxpayer responses, and evidence chain-of-custody with tamper-evident logs. The AI layer auto-classifies incoming documents, extracts key fields (invoice totals, dates, entities), flags missing items against a checklist, and drafts standardized notices for reviewer approval. It also provides a defensible activity history for internal QA, appeals, and court preparation. This is not a magic “catch more fraud” tool; it’s a pragmatic operations system that reduces rework, missed deadlines, and inconsistent documentation—common reasons audits get weakened or overturned. Designed for procurement-friendly deployment: role-based access, retention policies, and exportable records.
