AuditTrailX is a web app (with optional desktop uploader) that turns messy AML/sanctions screening work into an auditor-ready evidence trail. Teams can ingest screening results from existing tools (CSV/API), attach supporting documents, and generate a standardized “decision packet” showing who reviewed what, when, why the alert was cleared/escalated, and which policy rule applied. It includes configurable workflows for alert triage, escalation, and QA sampling, plus immutable logging and retention controls aligned to common regulatory expectations. This is not a replacement for screening vendors; it’s the missing layer that makes your process defensible during exams, audits, and correspondent banking reviews. The product focuses on mid-market financial services and fintechs that have outgrown ad-hoc ticketing but can’t justify a full GRC suite. Realistically, success depends on tight integrations and strong security posture; without that, buyers won’t trust it.
