It connects to your engineering and quality systems (GitHub/GitLab, Jira, Confluence/Notion, cloud logs, model registries) and turns day-to-day work into traceable, versioned evidence: risk management files, requirements-to-tests traceability, change impact assessments, model cards, data lineage summaries, and post-market monitoring reports. The system runs scheduled “evidence builds” that flag missing links, stale documents, and policy violations, then suggests fixes and creates auditor-ready export bundles.
