AuPairProof

AuPairProof is a mobile + web app that helps host families reduce the risk of a bad au pair match by running a structured, documented pre-arrival verification and trial workflow. It combines identity checks, reference collection, and a short “day-in-the-life” skills assessment (childcare scenarios, driving/route planning, basic first-aid knowledge) with timestamped video responses. Families get a simple risk summary, not a magical “trust score,” plus a checklist for legal/agency requirements by country. Au pairs get a guided profile builder that makes them look credible: verified documents, consistent work history, and reference authenticity signals. The app also stores agreements, house rules, and schedules in one place so expectations are explicit before arrival. This is not a marketplace; it plugs into existing agency or self-match flows and focuses on preventing expensive, stressful mismatches.
