AuthGrid

AuthGrid is a web app (with optional Slack/Teams integration) that maps decision rights across an organization and keeps them current. Teams create a simple “decision catalog” (e.g., pricing changes, vendor selection, hiring approvals) and assign roles using a lightweight RACI/DRI model with thresholds (budget, risk level, region). When someone starts a request, AuthGrid routes it to the correct approver/owner, logs the decision, and captures the rationale in a searchable record. It also flags conflicts (two owners, missing owner, outdated org chart) and stale decision policies. An AI assistant can suggest likely owners based on past decisions and org structure, but the product stays useful without AI. The goal is not more process—it’s fewer meetings, faster approvals, and less blame-shifting when things go wrong.
