AuthPulse

AuthPulse is a web app (with optional mobile alerts) that tracks, prioritizes, and accelerates prior authorizations tied directly to revenue risk. It pulls scheduled services, payer rules, and auth status into a single work queue, then flags cases likely to miss service dates or fail due to missing clinical documentation. Instead of being a generic task list, it estimates dollars at risk per case, recommends the next best action (call, portal submission, peer-to-peer request), and auto-generates payer-specific checklists for required notes, codes, and attachments. It also logs every touch (portal, fax, phone) to create an audit trail and reduce “we never got it” disputes. The MVP focuses on a narrow set of high-volume payers and a few service lines (imaging, outpatient surgery) to be implementable without a year-long integration project.
