AutoChaser

AutoChaser is an AI workflow automation web app (with optional Slack/Teams add-ons) that detects “open loops” across email, chat, and docs—things like “can you send…”, “waiting on…”, “need approval”, and “circle back Friday.” It converts them into lightweight tracked items with owners, due dates, and an auto-follow-up plan. Instead of becoming yet another task manager, it focuses on the painful middle: chasing people, collecting approvals, and keeping commitments from dying in inboxes. Users can set rules like escalation timing, tone, and channels, and the app will draft and send follow-ups, request missing info via forms, and summarize status for a weekly digest. It integrates with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, and it logs outcomes so teams can see where work stalls. The MVP should be narrow: follow-ups and approvals only, not full project management.
