It then builds a “next order” cart and alerts you before you’ll run out, factoring in shipping times and store lead times. You can set brand constraints (allergies, vet diet, clumping-only, fragrance-free) and budget caps, and the app suggests substitutions only within your rules. The honest reality: this only works if integrations are solid and users trust the predictions, so the MVP should focus on a few high-volume retailers and simple, transparent forecasts. Monetization is a small subscription or affiliate revenue on reorders; margins won’t be huge, so retention must be strong.
