BacklogDrop

BacklogDrop is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps podcasters revive their back catalog without sounding repetitive. It scans your existing episode library, identifies evergreen segments, and generates a weekly “re-release plan” with updated titles, descriptions, and short trailer scripts that point listeners to the original episode. It also creates a lightweight “What’s Changed Since Then” intro/outro so re-promoting feels honest, not spammy. The app schedules social posts and newsletter blurbs, tracks which old episodes spike after promotion, and learns what topics actually convert new listeners. This is an AI-assisted workflow, but it keeps humans in control: you approve every asset before it goes live. The goal is simple: get more downloads from content you already paid to produce, without needing more recording time.
