BackstageHQ is a web + desktop live streaming platform built for creators who want reliable, professional shows without a full production crew. It combines a lightweight streaming studio (scenes, overlays, guest routing) with a show-runner console: timed run-of-show, cue cards, sponsor callouts, and real-time moderation across chat and donations. The AI layer helps with practical tasks: auto-generating show outlines from a topic, creating lower-thirds from guest info, detecting risky chat/voice moments, and producing post-stream highlights and sponsor reports. The goal isn’t to “replace” Twitch/YouTube; it’s to give serious creators a better control room and a more predictable workflow, then stream out to existing platforms or host on BackstageHQ for paid events. It’s realistic for mid-tier creators, podcasters, educators, and small orgs who care about consistency and monetization.
