BadgeBridge

BadgeBridge is a mobile + web app (traditional app with light AI) that helps attendees capture, qualify, and follow up on conference connections without drowning in business cards and vague notes. Instead of trying to replace the conference app, it focuses on the messy after: scanning a badge QR or business card, logging 2–3 structured fields (why you met, next step, urgency), and auto-generating a clean follow-up task list. It syncs to your calendar and CRM with minimal setup, and it nudges you with realistic reminders based on conference timing (e.g., “send within 48 hours”). The AI is intentionally constrained: it drafts short follow-up emails and summarizes your notes, but you still approve everything. For organizers, it can optionally provide anonymized engagement stats if attendees opt in. The goal is fewer leads lost to forgetfulness, not “more networking.”
