BadgeBridge

BadgeBridge is a web + mobile app for homeland security-adjacent facilities (government buildings, ports, labs, critical infrastructure) to pre-screen and manage visitors, contractors, and temporary workers with auditable workflows. It replaces email chains and spreadsheets with a structured intake: identity details, purpose of visit, sponsor approval, required training acknowledgements, and document capture. The system generates time-bound QR codes for check-in, logs entry/exit, and produces compliance-ready reports for inspections. It integrates with existing access control and HR systems where possible, but stays realistic: many sites have legacy badge systems, so the MVP focuses on clean workflows, exports, and minimal integration. This is a combination traditional app + AI app: AI assists with document classification, form autofill from IDs, and flagging incomplete or inconsistent submissions—without pretending to be a “threat detection” oracle.
