BadgeBridge

BadgeBridge is a web app (with an optional mobile companion) that automates identity proofing, access requests, and deprovisioning for non-employee healthcare workers: agency nurses, traveling clinicians, students, contractors, and vendor techs. It connects HR/ATS and vendor rosters to hospital IAM so accounts are created only when required training, background checks, and facility-specific forms are complete. Managers get a simple workflow to approve least-privilege roles with time-boxed access that auto-expires at shift end or contract end. The system continuously reconciles “who should have access” vs “who actually has access,” flags orphaned accounts, and generates audit-ready reports for HIPAA and Joint Commission reviews. This is not a full IAM suite; it’s a focused layer that fixes the messy edge cases that cause real breaches: shared logins, lingering vendor accounts, and manual spreadsheet onboarding.
