BadgeBudget is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps small and mid-sized businesses run gamified rewards without losing control of cost, fairness, or compliance. Teams earn points for defined behaviors (training completion, sales hygiene, support quality, safety checks), but every campaign is tied to a real budget, with automatic caps, proration, and audit logs. Employees see a clear “why I earned this” feed, progress bars, and redeemable rewards (gift cards, extra PTO requests, charity donations, company perks). Admins get templates, anti-gaming rules (rate limits, anomaly flags), and simple approvals. This is not a magical engagement cure—if incentives are poorly designed, it will show—but it makes running sensible, measurable reward programs far less painful than spreadsheets, ad-hoc gift cards, or bloated enterprise platforms.
