Instead of generic “completed a task” rewards, each badge requires a proof artifact: a screenshot, link, short video, quiz score, or supervisor sign-off. Users earn points for consistency and difficulty, then build a public (or private) “badge ledger” they can share with employers, clients, or communities. The app targets micro-credentials for practical skills—customer support scenarios, barista workflows, sales call practice, safety checks, fitness form, language speaking drills—anything with repeatable evidence. It includes lightweight templates so creators (coaches, team leads, course makers) can spin up badge tracks quickly, and it supports small-group leaderboards without turning everything into a toxic competition. Monetization is subscription for creators/teams and optional paid badge tracks for learners.
