BailiffBoard

BailiffBoard is a web + tablet app that gives courts a live “control tower” for daily courtroom operations: which cases are actually ready, who is present, what interpreter is needed, and what’s blocking the next matter from being called. It replaces hallway phone calls, paper run sheets, and guesswork with a shared status board updated by clerks, bailiffs, and interpreters in seconds. The system supports role-based views (judge, clerk, bailiff, interpreter coordinator) and lightweight check-ins for attorneys and parties via QR code at the courthouse. It’s not a magic backlog solver—if your docket is overloaded, it will still be overloaded—but it can reduce dead time, missed appearances, and wasted resets. The MVP focuses on day-of operations, not full case management, to keep implementation realistic and procurement friction lower.
