BallAudit

BallAudit is a mobile + web app for teams, schools, and facilities to manage ball inventory (basketballs, soccer balls, volleyballs, etc.) with simple QR/NFC tagging and fast check-in/out. Coaches and equipment managers scan a bin or individual ball to assign it to a team, practice, or coach, and the app tracks who last had it, where it was stored, and when it was due back. It flags chronic loss patterns (specific teams, time slots, locations) and generates reorder recommendations based on usage and loss rates. This is not a consumer “training” app—it’s boring operational software that reduces waste and arguments. The MVP focuses on speed: bulk scanning, offline mode in gyms, and a dead-simple audit workflow that takes minutes, not hours. Revenue comes from subscriptions per facility plus optional tag bundles.
